In the event that JUNTA DE EXTREMADURA provides the Management Service and processing of subsidies on Social Security contributions to the company for which you provide services, the corresponding Group company (company listed in welcome email) will process your data in the capacity of Data Controller. JUNTA DE EXTREMADURA has received the data from your company with the sole purpose of providing the contracted service, in compliance with the provisions established in the regulations that regulate the Professional Training System for employment in the workplace and its implementing regulations (Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Professional Training System for employment in the workplace and Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, which implements said Law).
The legal basis legitimising the processing corresponds to the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as compliance with the legal obligations associated with the evaluation, monitoring, and control of training actions and/or actions inherent to compliance with material and formal obligations that may be established related to the justification and/or accreditation of obtaining subsidies.
Data will be kept for as long as the relationship continues and, in any case, in compliance with the legal prescription periods that may be applicable.
Your data may be provided to the State Public Employment Service (SPEE), competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities, the European Social Fund, or other bodies co-financing final training actions, including health data.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition by written communication addressed to JUNTA DE EXTREMADURA, with registered office at Plaza del Rastro s/n, 06800 de Mérida (Badajoz. In the event that JUNTA DE EXTREMADURA is requested to certify the training provided, the corresponding Group company will process the data in the capacity of Data Controller solely for that purpose. JUNTA DE EXTREMADURA has received the data from your company for the sole purpose of providing the contracted service.
